ALEXANDER ALEMANY
Alexander Alemany began his career working as a financial analyst for Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, a leading commercial mortgage brokerage firm that provides a broad scope of debt and equity financing options for all property types throughout the United States. During his tenure at the firm, he was responsible for underwriting over $150 million in customized permanent, construction, mezzanine and bridge financing transactions.
He currently serves as President & CEO of The Alacant Real Estate Company, an international real estate private equity & development firm based in San Diego, California.

He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Southern California.
Alexander has lived in Mexico, Spain and Puerto Rico for more than 6 years, is fluent in Spanish, actively involved in the development of the Baja California coast line and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California.
